Does AV Mounts ship products outside the 48 contiguous United States?

Yes. You will need to call or email customer service to obtain the shipping charges for any delivery outside these 48 States.

What methods of shipping are available from AV Mounts?

We typically ship orders via UPS Ground.
Other methods of shipment include UPS Next Day Air and UPS 2nd Day.
Please call or email customer service for these costs.

What if I want to return my product?

There is a 30 day money back guarantee on most products.

All returns must be coordinated with Customer Service. A Request for RGA form must be obtained prior to sending products back. This will ensure the proper and prompt credit for your merchandise.

Product must be received back in new and unused condition in its original packaging and complete with all hardware, manuals and warranty cards where appropriate.

All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, products returned incomplete or without prior authorization will receive no credit. Products which have been used, assembled or installed are NOT returnable.

Please e-mail us with any product questions prior to placing your order as this will greatly increase the chances of receiving the most appropriate product for your application!

What if my product is defective?

Defective products or parts issues should be directed to Customer Service at 1.800.752.8925. Some manufacturers require that you contact them directly to troubleshoot your problem prior to return.
